Baby Nurse/Nanny/Vacation Resort Childcare/Senior Caregiver/Medical Standby for Events
You may have thought about hiring a baby nurse, nanny or needed childcare for your family or out of town guests. Sometimes a senior parent may need a little extra in home care to enable them to visit you or stay in their home. Here on my website, you can get an idea on how invaluable an experienced, caring caregiver can be. I am not an agency so there are no additional agency fees. I work independently to provide the best possible care of your family.
Senior Care Provider
Many adult children live out of the area
and would like want the assurance of having a Registered Nurse check in
on their mom or dad to help prevent problems. You may be living
alone and realize you need a little help to safely stay in your home. My
senior, in home assessment will evaluate your health and wellness needs and concerns
so you may continue live safely in your home. My visits last about 45
mins to an hour, and includes social interaction. With you or
your parent's consent, I will call or email you with an update after
each visit.
Newborn Baby Nurse
Only
a Registered Nurse may use the term Baby Nurse. Most other "Baby
Nurses" are trained caregivers without the additional training and education to recognize or prevent an emergency or health problem.
My approach is to not only care for your baby but to enable parents/family members to comfort and care for their baby. I also help siblings with welcoming the new baby and help make the transition of becoming an older brother or sister easier. My baby nurse services include many different aspects of caring for your
baby as well as the family:
- Education regarding care and development of your newborn
- Breastfeeding support and assistance
- Sterilizing bottles and preparing formula
- Feeding and burping
- Bathing and dressing
- Circumcision care and umbilical care
- Monitoring feeding, and BM/urine output
- Total care of the nursery-cleaning, stocking and laundry
- Accompanying you and your baby to doctor visits
- Post partum care of the mother and father
- Assistance in setting up a night time schedule when your baby is ready
I am available to cover days, or nights to ensure the parents are well rested and supported. If you are breastfeeding, I will bring the baby to you at night, and comfort him afterward until he is back to sleep. As a new mother, you will need time to heal and rest, and having the luxury of sleep will enable you to recover faster. You and your baby will be happier and healthier!
Nanny Services
I am available for short term, long term or occasional nanny services when you are out of town. Call me to check for availability.
Vacation/Resort Care/Wedding/Event Care
Let me safely care for your children while you are on vacation or a business trip. Overnight child care can also be arranged in advance. I will care for your infant/children while you are visiting the beautiful Northern Arizona attractions, going out for dinner or visiting one of the Resorts.
If you are planning a wedding or special dinner, consider having a nanny available to care for the children.
